Vegetto is achieve by using the Potarra earrings that was supposedly makes FUSION permanent ( As we all know it wasn't permanent, just last longer! ) Though not as cocky as there son's fusion ( Gotenks ) Vegetto waste too much time talking. Though he talks too much he can easily destroy any opponent, since this character is the strongest being in the entire universe.
